If you workout 5-6 days a week and eat healthy 95% of the time, you'd have to eat a truck-load of Krispy Kremes to ruin your diet. :) The meal plan you listed actually looks like it might ruin a diet. Way too few calories. Puts your body in starvation mode and it'll start storing fat and the bad stuff, afraid it won't get it again for a long time. True story.
