I have the choice of Kaiser HMO, Aetna HMO, or Aetna Open Choice PPO (all California). Which should I choose?

All for California only. I am married, and will need my wife covered as well. I am looking to receive some medical services soon for some stomach issues... I don't mind paying out of pocket if I receive better coverage for more advanced procedures and tests.
