Please answer! What do I do about this girl I work w/? She's driving me crazy?

I stopped reading after the first paragraph cause I think i know where this is going. Here's what you should do. Do not get a crush on a girl! Not because you don't want to like her or love her, but because if you do, you'll end up putting her on a pedestal and being too nervous just like this. Once you get to know her and feel comfortable around her, start showing your affection a bit more. Convo wise, treat her like you would treat anyone else. You can treat her like one of your boys. It's actually kind of flirting if you tease a girl a bit about something dorky they did, not that you have to do that, but that's just an example of treating her like a friend. You probably got some good signs there too, so I think you've got a strong chance. And most importantly, you're obviously still learning about this stuff, so it's important to break down those comfort barriers and be able to be more open when this kind of thing happens. So be confident and proud in yourself, go up to her and just ask her if she wants to go. You can do it! Hope this helps
