Migraine or Brain tumor?

Im a 16 yo boy and have been getting a sore head at on side(back left) of my head for about 10 months now and have been to the doctors about it and he or the opticians do not know why I am getting the sore heads.But in the last few months more symptoms have been appearing like blind spots in my vision, brief smells of smoke, twitching and also wakening up in the middle of the night with pins and needles in my hands ! Im wondering if anyone knows what this is so that i can stop worrying.
