Will both my wheels spin if im using 4.10 gears on a v6 mustang with the stock t-lok rear end?

Im trying to get more info on getting 4.10 gears for my 2007 mustang V6. and idk if the gears from americanmuscle.com will cause them too. Ive never gotten a clear answer, I would like to know exactly what will happen if i do it, please ppl good answers!
