Actually eating like this will slow your weight loss down. I am working with a trainer right now and he keeps pounding into me about eating breakfast right away...told him I am working on it. We are working me up to eating 6 small meals aday, but so far by doing what he is telling and I am up at the gym I have lost 6 pounds since starting with him 2 weeks ago.
