Can i get property back that was given away in separation agreement?

my spouse had a separation agreement drawn up for us and i trusted that she wouldn't screw me over. i quickly scanned through it to make sure child custody was right and the vehicles and house were to go to the right people. Come to find out my spouse had in there that she would be taking my $1500 dinning room set, computer, and $1000 tv. now they were the homemaker and i'm in the military. i worked hard to buy all the things in my house. is there any way that i can get that property back even though the separation agreement has already been made. maybe get it back in the final divorce in Equitable Distribution?
