Causes of dry eyes? Can it be fixed?

You may find that your eyes will heal more over time. Make sure you eat properly and drink enough - looking after your body means it has more chance to heal itself and if you dehydrate your eyes get drier. I have found that when I've been ill that it has taken time for my eyes to get back to normal and my wearing time to go up and it could be the same with an eye infection.
