Going to see psychiatrist for first time, will parents see this on my insurance?

I set up an appointment with a psychiatrist recently, and I'm worried that my parents will see that I went. They don't really believe in prescribing meds for mental illnesses. Anyway, I called the insurance company, which is paid for by my dad who gets it from work, it's an hmo I believe, to see if they would see anything or get anything in the mail, and I go two different answers: that it depends on the doctors office and no because i'm over 18. the same went with them seeing prescriptions. My question is: would they get sent anything notifying them of what i did? or what I paid for?
