I have this question about Prop 8 in Califronia?

In California sodomy is illegal. Now if Prop 8 isn't ped than that law will have to be reversed right? And if the sodomy law if reversed than it will be OK for humans to be with animals. And what about the prison system? Will each inmate need there own cells and make it to where there is even less room in our prisons?
