Toshiba Satellite Pro L40 - can't restore to factory settings.?

Hello Katylar Thanks 4 heads -up. Im also 2 fixin Vista Basic computer. Im stuck dealing w/ OS software problem so plan 2 use Ubuntu until that gets fixed. Wonder if the other drive ( D:) works or should the back-up be done w/ CD. Leaning 2ward both, If OS part works. Hope to dual- boot. Maybe first re-Install Vista from discs.
