What is the level of scientific certainty with regard to AGW?

The latest report from IPCC states their models to be at 97% accuracy. Although skeptics would argue this, the IPCC is the authoritative scientific report in AGW. Scientists around the world, as well as many scientific communities themselves have signed their approval for the IPCC report.
