What is the value of this coin?

I found a large coin, on the front side 5 flags, a British union jack, a banner with 1996 on it, then 4 quarters on one, two quarters have 3 lions, ona has a standing up one, and the other has a harp. The last flag has an e with a crown on it. On the back it has the usual head and round the edges it says elizabeth . ii . Dei . Gratia . Regina . F . D . And then along the bottom it has 5 pounds.. Is this an old or rare coin ? An how much would it be worth?
