Whats a great state to move to?

Ok i have two years to finish my aas in horse production in tvcc in oregon... i need ot know where a great school for equine ciropratic school is .. i also want to know where a good state for a horse business of raiseing throughbred, paint, qh for western rodeo, and tracks,... i want a state with little or no bad winters but a good horse business just the same.. nice summers.. a little town but not to far from a large enough city i like the idea of texas, kentucky, tennisee, whyoming, anything else? let me know.
