Would my friends get in trouble to the cops if she said this to someone?

There's no terroristic threat, there's no harment, really. It sounds like something I've heard in friggin Claire's at the mall between two 13-year-olds. I don't think a Mall Rent-a-Cop would even want to deal with that stupid drama.
