How do I deal with these people at work? I'm at wits end!?

I am having a little trouble dealing with people at work. I hope you all can help me find some type of solution. I work with a majority of women. Most of them are in their mid 40's to early 70's. The others are between 23-30. Everyday these women will talk about how many men they are currently being intimate with. Complain about their "baby daddies". Brag on their children's bad behavior. The older women tattle on everyone to the manager. The manager takes their word for it simply because they are older and have been on the job for over 10 years. When I speak up on the various topics everyone speaks on by asking for a change in the tone of conversation, I am met with this answer. "Oh what are you complaining about? That's how most women live their lives nowadays we are single mothers and need some type of release." Needless to say I have been extremely stressed out due to this situation. I don't want to sound like a stick in the mud but I can only take so much of listening to whose husband/boyfriend these women are sleeping with or how their child punched another child in the stomach but the other child's mother has no reason to be upset etc. I am at wits end here. Its to the point where I hate going to work. I thank you all in advance for your help.
