If a country has "capitalist" or "free markets" in it's name or constitution, does that make it so in practice?

ah comrade...slight problem? if communism( has logic?) never advocates genocide,can you tell me how 100+ million of people vanished in gulags,executed or were kidnapped by aliens in the soviet union over the last 70 years.am I to ume that unanimous democracy always self destructs after killing,abusing and boring their citizens to death with alcohol......
